Methodology
The Eight Pearls System is a mind and body gymnastics for a positive mindset and developing the habits of success.
The methodology consists of 8 practical, fun, easy to do, and highly effective exercises.
Results are achieved through online group workouts, daily practice and integrating exercises into everyday life.
How We Train
- Training sessions are conducted via the ZOOM conferences in small groups (6 – 10 participants).
- The Classic program consists of 9 online sessions, each lasting 1 hour, 2 – 3 times a week.
- A session is not a lecture! It is an interactive experience, facilitated by the host.
- Each session is focused on activities designated to 1 exercises, presented in a specific sequence.
- To achieve results participants are expected to attend all sessions, and follow a few simple rules to maintain positive, fun and constructive training environment for everyone.
