Methodology
The Eight Pearls System is a mind and body gymnastics for a positive mindset and developing the habits of success.
The methodology consists of 8 practical, fun, easy to do, and highly effective exercises.
Results are achieved through online group workouts, daily practice and integrating exercises into everyday life.
How We Train
- Live small-group sessions (6–10 participants) via Zoom for personalized attention.
- The AWH Classic course includes 9 online sessions (1–1.5 hours each), held 3–4 times per week. Click here to explore all courses and packages.
- Sessions are not lectures – they are interactive experiences, guided by your host.
- We introduce one exercise per session, integrating it into your routine while steadily progressing through a carefully sequenced program.
- To achieve results participants are expected to attend all sessions, and follow a few simple rules to maintain positive, fun and constructive training environment for everyone.
